What We Need to Proceed
To provide an accurate estimate, we require a full set of scaled drawings. These can be submitted as PDFs or hard copies via post.
Required Drawings:
- Elevations – External views of the building. For extensions and conversions, both existing and proposed elevation drawings are required.
- Floor Plans – Aerial views of all floor areas. For extensions and conversions, existing and proposed floor plans must be included.
- Specification – If available, a design/materials specification helps us tailor your estimate. If not provided, we will base our estimate on standard products that meet basic building regulations.
- Cross Section – A structural view of all levels and heights. This is mandatory for projects that do not have flat ceilings.
